Because we provide complex infrastructure—from cloud VPS hosting to domain brokerage and custom software engineering—we handle various types of technical and personal data. This policy explains in plain English exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your digital real estate.

1. Information We Collect at Registration

To create your unified ledger account, we require basic identification data. This establishes your legal ownership over the digital assets (domains, servers, and scripts) you acquire through our platform.

Security Data: Encrypted passwords and session authentication tokens.
Network Data: IP addresses and user-agent strings for fraud prevention and automated anti-spam logging.

2. How We Handle Data Across Our Ecosystem

All financial transactions (wallet top-ups, listing fees, domain acquisitions) are processed securely through licensed third-party gateways like Paystack. We do not collect, see, or store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We only store cryptographic transaction reference IDs to update your NGN ledger balance and manage peer-to-peer domain escrow payouts.

🌐 Domain Namespaces & Brokerage

When you register or acquire a premium domain through SellerHub, we are legally required by ICANN to collect WHOIS contact data (Name, Address, Phone). However, we automatically apply WHOIS Privacy Protection to shield your personal details from public registries. For private brokerage hunts, your identity is kept strictly confidential from the seller.

☁️ Cloud Hosting VPS & Databases

Your Ubuntu servers and databases are strictly isolated. We do not inspect the files, scripts, or stored procedures you host on our infrastructure. We automatically log raw hardware metrics (CPU/RAM consumption, bandwidth routing, and PM2 logs) solely to maintain uptime, bill your ledger accurately, and prevent DDoS abuse.

🛒 Digital Marketplace & Ebooks

When you purchase PHP scripts, React/Tailwind templates, or knowledge base Ebooks, we record your download ledger. This ensures you maintain lifetime access to source file archives (e.g., standard `.zip` files) and future version updates directly from your dashboard.

🧠 AI Hub & Universal Tokens

When you utilize our AI Sandbox for generative tasks or "vibe coding," your text prompts are processed via secure API bridges to models like GPT-4o or Claude. We store a transient history of your prompts to provide you with a continuous chat interface, and we track token consumption to bill your wallet ledger accurately.

👨‍💻 Custom Engineering Studio

If you hire our Studio for bespoke backend builds, API integrations, or proxy routing architectures, any proprietary business logic, databases, or API keys you share with us are protected under strict internal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). We delete testing credentials 30 days after project handover.

If you choose to terminate your relationship with Nexservices, you can request absolute account deletion. Note that wiping a Cloud VPS is irreversible and instantly destroys all hosted files, SQL databases, and routing configurations.
